IOS Estiatorio is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team.

This role is essential in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are properly sanitized and ready for use. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, good organizational skills, and a commitment to food safety and cleanliness.

Previous experience in restaurant, or hospitality settings is required and mandatory.

*Duties*

* Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment using appropriate cleaning methods
* Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area and ensure proper storage of clean items
* Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including handling food items safely
* Support kitchen staff by providing clean dishes promptly during busy service times
* Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with sanitation standards
* Manage waste disposal efficiently and keep workstations organized
* Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels for dishware and cleaning supplies

*Qualifications*

* Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is mandatory.
* Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
* Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads
* Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration
* Basic understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation processes is advantageous.

Pay: $17.60 per hour
