*Duties*

* Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and cooking equipment efficiently.
* Operate dishwashing machines and ensure they are functioning properly.
* Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including floors, countertops, and food preparation areas.
* Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed to support cooks and chefs.
* Help organize kitchen supplies and inventory to ensure smooth operations.
* Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.

*Skills*

* Experience in food preparation or cooking is a plus but not required.
* Knowledge of food handling practices within a restaurant or hotel setting.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
* Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards helping others in the kitchen.
