We offer baseball, flag football, basketball, soccer, multi-sport and hockey day camps as well as after-school and weekend programs during the fall, winter and spring. Here are the camps we are hiringProgram Director for:�Location & SportKids CampLawrence ParkLocation: John Ross Robertson J.P.S (130 Glengrove Ave W, Toronto, ON)Term: June 29August 21, 2026Multi-Sport CampLawrence ParkLocation: John Ross Robertson J.P.S (130 Glengrove Ave W, Toronto, ON)Term: June 29August 21, 2026Baseball CampLawrence ParkLocation: Glenview Senior P.S (401 Rosewell Ave, Toronto, ON)Term: June 29August 21st, 2026Work HoursYou will be required to be on-site July & August from 8:00am4:00pm Monday to Friday however, there will be some duties performed outside of these hours (mostly remotely).�ResponsibilitiesProgram Directors are the on-site leaders of our camps and are responsible for the planning, organization and implementation of daily camp programming, while fosteringfun, inclusive and safe environment for all campers and staff. As the Program Director, you are responsible for the holistic management of the camp with the support of the Assistant Director. More specifically, Program Directors have responsibilities both on-site and off-site, which include, but are not limited to, the following:Pre-Camp (JunePart-Time (Approximately 30 Hours total)Work with the ?Leadership Team? to create camp programming (daily and weekly)Assist with the planning and execution of staff-training, currently scheduled to occur June 20/21 (attendance at staff-training is mandatory; dates subject to change)Attendance at supplemental training specific to the on-site leadership staff, currently scheduled to take place May 30/31 (attendance at staff-training is mandatory; dates subject to change)Ensure that all required equipment and supplies are purchased, stored and organized at campDuring Camp (July & AugustFull-Time)Staff ManagementEffectively delegate to and manage the Assistant Director who reports to the you as the ?second-in-command? on-siteProvide coaches with informal ongoing feedback and instruction, as well as executing formal performance reviewsSupport the Assistant Director with the communication of weekly schedules and dailyreminders to coaches (including any medical conditions, sun safety, hydration, etc.)Facilitate start and end of day staff meetingsset expectations for all coaches and encourage personal growthSupport the Assistant Director in managing staff attendanceOn-site oversight of CITsProgrammingOrganize camper groups and cohorts before the start of each weekCreate and facilitate daily camp programmingget involved with the campers!Work with the coaches to continuously improve programmingCamper and Family InteractionsSupport the As
