We offer baseball, flag football, basketball, soccer, multi-sport and hockey summer day camps as well as after-school and weekend programs during the fall, winter and spring. While developing the campers? athletic skills is certainly important, our core focus is creatingpositive environment for our participants, allowing them to have fun and forge lasting friendships.�Position DetailsCamp operates weekly in July and August from 8:30am4:00pm (with extended care from 8:00am until 5:00pm) Monday to Friday. This summer, camp will operate forweeks dependent on the location. We are hiring Site Directors for the following camps:LocationsThe Site Director will be responsible for overseeing the following locations:North York: Bond Park (120 Bond Avenue, M3B 1C9)Leaside: Bennington Heights (76 Bennington Heights Drive, M4G 1B1)�Oshawa: The Yard (870 Taunton Rd W, Oshawa, ON L1L 0P1)Contract Length�The Site Director isfull-time position with two possible term lengths:3-Months: From June? August 28, 20264-Months: From May? August 28, 2026Work HoursOffice Hours (Pre-Camp)Our office is usually open from 9:00am5:00pm Monday to Friday.�However, there will be some duties performed outside of these hours on weekends and evenings, depending on availability.Camp Hours (July & August)You will be required to be on-site from 8:00am4:00pm Monday to Friday (including Julyand August 4); however, there will be some duties performed outside of these hours (mostly remotely).�ResponsibilitiesAt each site, we have between 1-2 sports camps operating daily. The Site Director is responsible for overseeing daily camp operations, and supervising and mentoring the Program Directors (who are responsible for the staff and campers at each individual camp). Furthermore, the Site Director is responsible for assisting staff with camper and parent issues. AsSite Director, you are responsible for the holistic management of your sites with the support of the Program Directors and Camp Leadership Team. More specifically, Site Directors have responsibilities both on-site and off-site, which include, but are not limited to, the following:Pre-Camp (May & JuneFull-Time)Attendance at both leadership staff training (currently scheduled to take place on May 30/31) and coaches training (currently scheduled to take place on June 20/21).� Attendance at staff-training is mandatory; dates subject to changeWork with the Program Directors to create and update camp programming (daily and weekly)Assist with the planning and execution of staff training (including our supplemental training specific to on-site leadership staff)Assist the Program Directors to ensure that all equipment and supplies are purchased, stored and organized at campSupport the Program Directors with general camp preparation (including, for example, answering questions, goal setting, schedule planning, etc.)Prepare any policies, procedures and any emergency documents for your siteAttend marketing events to help promote our campsParticipate in the execution of spring clinicsDuring Camp (July & AugustFull-Time)Staff ManagementEffectively manage, support and mento
