*Responsibilities*

* Assess patients? nutritional needs through interviews, medical history reviews, and laboratory data analysis
* Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans tailored to each patient?s health conditions and lifestyle
* Monitor patient progress and adjust dietary recommendations accordingly
* Educate patients and their families on proper nutrition, dietary restrictions, and healthy eating habits
* Document all consultations and treatment plans accurately in electronic medical records
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate nutritional care as part of overall treatment plans
* Stay current with the latest research and advancements in clinical nutrition and dietetics
* Provide bilingual support to accommodate diverse patient populations when necessary

* Proficiency in electronic medical records systems for documentation and communication
* Strong computer operation skills for managing patient data and research resources
* Excellent customer service skills to engage effectively with patients and their families
* Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse community effectively
* Exceptional communication skills for clear education and counseling sessions

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $45.00-$70.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 5 per week
