Resolve conflict situations. Supervise activities of clients living in group homes and half-way houses. Assist clients/guests with special needs. Accompany clients to appointments and social outings. Evaluate work environments, programs and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury. Maintain clean and safe work environment. Supervision: 1 to 2 people. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : First Aid Certificate. CPR Certificate. Work experience with special needs students: Assistance with personal hygiene. Area of work experience: Reports and records. Area of specialization: Training and professional development. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Medical exam. Immunization records. Transportation/travel information: Own transportation. Own vehicle. Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure.
