About the Role
We are looking for a positive and hard working front desk receptionist/floater to join the team!
Primary role reception (including but not limited to: greeting patients, booking patients, processing payments, processing insurance claims, and general tidying/organization) with secondary role of floater where time permits (including but not limited to: helping change over rooms, processing instruments, recording perio charting).
Hours
Monday 845-3
Tues 11-5
Wed 12-7
Thurs 12-8
One Sat per month 945-3
Opportunity for more hours if desired.
We use Tracker patient management software and Recallmax for reminders and patient messaging.
Previous dental reception experience would be an asset. Ideally HARP certified/level 1 assisting as well. Wage is based on relevant experience.
