Dental Receptionist

*Overview*
We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our family practice. Polish language is an asset. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while managing the front desk operations of our dental office, can work independently and is reliable.

*Responsibilities*

* Greet patients and assist them with the check-in process.
* Manage appointment schedule for dentist and hygienist.
* Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries and providing information about services.
* Maintain patient records accurately and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
* Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries.
* Collaborate with dental staff to facilitate efficient patient flow and communication.
* Handle administrative tasks including filing, data entry, accounts receivables and managing office supplies
* Stay updated on dental terminology and office procedures to assist patients effectively.

*Experience*

* Previous experience in a dental office is required, preferred 2 years of experience
* Strong computer skills.
* Strong understanding of dental terminology.
* Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.

Schedule

Tuesday 9:00am -7:00pm

Wednesday 9:00am-7:00pm

Thursday 9:00am-7:00pm

Saturday 9:00am-3:00pm twice a month
