Dental Receptionist

*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Receptionist with 3 to 5 years of dental reception experience to join our team in a fast-paced dental office environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, recalls, accounts receivables and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for patients, and maintaining accurate electronic medical records. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and supporting the overall efficiency of the dental practice.

*Responsibilities*

* Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in and check-out process.
* Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar effectively, recalls and account receivables.
* Handle phone inquiries, providing information about services, and addressing patient concerns.
* Maintain electronic medical records using systems such as Abel dent
* Process patient forms and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
* Assist with billing inquiries and coordinate insurance verification processes.
* Keep the front desk area organized and presentable.
* Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth operations within the office.

*Experience*

* Previous 3 to 5 years of experience as a Dental Receptionist or dental assistant only needed.
* Familiarity with electronic dental records systems, particularly .
* Strong administrative skills with proficiency in phone systems and dental terminology.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and team members.
* Ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
