*Duties*

* Package and load product to keep arrangements in good form and free from damage.
* Deliver orders safely and on time by mapping out route efficiently; report delays, status, accidents, etc.
* Pick up inventory, unload and stock shelves.
* Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
* Keep delivery truck clean and in good condition; conduct minor repairs; keep truck log book up to date.
* Conduct circle safety checks daily and report concerns to management immediately.
* Complete paperwork accurately; verify information.
* Ability to use smart phone mobile app for business purposes
* Be available and willing to help in other business roles as needed and when needed.
* Maintain a clean, organized and safe working environment.

*Education & Experience*

* High School Diploma / GED Equivalent
* Valid Driver?s License and Good Driver?s Abstract

*Work Conditions*

* Part Time Employment up to 30 hours per week
* Hours include nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime
* Indoor and Outdoor environments including all kinds of weather and road conditions.
* Variety of scents and odours, some heavy at times.

*Physical/Mental Requirements*

* Constant position changes (walking, sitting, bending, climbing, etc.)
* Lifting up to 50 lbs.
* Interaction with staff and the public at large
* Keyboarding skills
