Delivery Driver

*Job Overview*
As a Delivery Driver for Lolly Cannabis, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of our products to customers within designated delivery windows. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of service that our customers expect. You will also be responsible for verifying customer age and identity, adhering to confidentiality standards, and maintaining professionalism throughout every interaction. Drivers can use a car, motorcycle, scooter, or any motorized vehicle that meets local delivery requirements.

*Duties*

* Deliver cannabis products to customers within specified delivery windows.
* Verify the age and identity of customers by checking valid IDs (must be 19 years or older).
* Maintain confidentiality and protect customer information.
* Communicate with customers regarding any potential delays due to weather or traffic conditions.
* Submit order receipts for reconciliation and payment processing after each delivery.
* Adhere to all company policies and legal compliance standards.

*Requirements*

* Must hold a valid CannSell certification (verified before employment and maintained throughout).
* A valid driver?s license and a reliable motorized vehicle, in safe operating condition.
* Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service.
* Ability to work within designated delivery windows.
* Professional demeanor and adherence to company standards.

*Additional Information:*

* No cash handling is required; all transactions are completed through designated payment methods.
* Regular vehicle maintenance is required to ensure safe and reliable deliveries.
* In-store personnel will assist with order preparation and fulfillment.

Job Type: Casual
