JOB DESCRIPTION:

* Efficiently delivering parcels, letters, equipment and dangerous goods.
* Driving within the city of Winnipeg and surrounding area
* Respecting deadlines and time limits
* Working independently and managing your own time

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

* Valid drivers license
* Clean drivers abstract
* Carrying and transporting heavy materials and dangerous goods
* Experience in the courier, transportation, or delivery industry
* Working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Time management skills
* Being able to make calculated decisions in limited time frames
* Working indoors and outdoors
* Strong organizational skills
* Being punctual, personable, courteous and respectful
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills
* Owning a smartphone
* Experience in customer service is an asset\*
* Transportation of Dangerous Goods certification, if not we can supply
* Able to work flexible hours and overtime as needed

This is a sub-contract position. The sub-contractor will be responsible for providing their own vehicle to do deliveries and must provide proof of proper insurance.
