Manage overall operation of farm. Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers. Supervision: Staff in various areas of responsibility. Transportation/travel information: Own vehicle. Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Large workload. Personal suitability: Excellent oral communication. Flexibility. Judgement. Organized.
