Analyzing financial documents from clients to help in solutioning an end resolution with a focus on first call resolution.Managing client portfolios by making sure that all of their information is accurate and updated.Respond to escalated inquiries, ensuring timely resolutions, and supporting our clients through the processPreparing and interpreting our clients financial documents and educated our clientsHandling customer financial inquiries regarding their loan status, buyout amounts, while educating our customersUtilize standardized communication processes to enhance customer experiences and brand loyalty.
