*Position Summary:*
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented *Customer Service Representative (CSR)* to join our team in Windsor. The CSR will play a key role in supporting our producers and servicing our valued clients with excellence and efficiency.

\*\*\*\*\* MUST HAVE RIBO LICENSE\*\*\*\*\*

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
* Provide policy information, process changes, and issue documentation
* Follow up on renewals, outstanding documents, and customer requests
* Work closely with brokers to ensure accurate and timely service
* Maintain up-to-date client files in our management system
* Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer to appropriate brokers

*Qualifications:*

* RIBO license
* Previous experience in insurance or customer service preferred
* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and broker management systems (e.g., SIG, Power Broker, Acturis) is an asset
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
