*Schedule: *Full time, 8:00 AM ? 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

*Responsibilities:*

* Maintain client and develop relationships in a positive manner relaying all client-specific information on volumes, trends, extended service opportunities, growing needs, and changes, to management attention.
* Manage client accounts for inventory accuracy, stock location, and lot or date-code control; investigate, resolve, and report any damages or shortages, obtaining resolution from management.
* Review all orders received back from the warehouse and confirm all orders as shipped, ensuring all accessorial charges are captured.
* Proactively communicate any service issues or delays to customers, offering solutions and suggestions.
* Communicate and coordinate with CSM and warehouse supervisors on rush orders and the arrival of products.
* Produce reports, summaries, and overviews of records to CSM.

*Must-Have:*

* Minimum of 1-2 years Customer Service Representative experience.
* Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of tools (Word, Excel) and other databases and spreadsheet applications.
* High levels of accuracy with regards to typing, data entry and transfer, and order entry.
* Focused attention when working with file management to keep accurate, up-to-date, and organized files.
* Experience in inventory management, stock location control, loss prevention, and damage procedures.

* Office Administration experience, 3PL experience
