*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused *Customer Service Representative* to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service through various communication channels. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with inquiries, processing data entry tasks, and supporting sales initiatives. Bilingual skills in English is highly valued to effectively serve a diverse customer base. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, analysis abilities, and a friendly phone etiquette to foster positive relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

*Duties*

* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
* Perform accurate data entry to update customer accounts and records
* Assist customers with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and order processing
* Engage in upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance sales performance
* Utilize analysis skills to identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
* Maintain strong communication with customers by demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and active listening
* Support team efforts in achieving customer satisfaction goals and resolving complaints efficiently
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
* Document interactions thoroughly for future reference and quality assurance

*Requirements*

* Proven experience in customer service or related roles; sales experience is a plus
* Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
* Ability to perform upselling effectively while maintaining professionalism
* Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
