Qualifications: 5+ years of kitchen experience Comfortable working grill and fryer stations Experience acrossrange of cuisines Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure Strong communication skills Detail-oriented and organized Proactive, dependable, and solution-focusedtrue team player who thrives infast-paced kitchen Willingness to work late nights and weekends Key Responsibilities: Preparing high-quality dishes according to our Head Chef�s recipes and standards Running grill, fryer, and other kitchen stations with confidence Keeping your station clean, organized, and service-ready Working closely with our BOH team to deliver smooth, efficient service Jumping in where neededbecause teamwork makes the dream work Why work with us?
