About the Role

Kingdom Construction specializes in municipal infrastructure construction. We construct new, as well as upgrade and expand existing water and wastewater treatment facilities.

We are currently looking for a highly administrative project coordinator to set up project files, distribute and manage contract documents and drawings, review contract documents to set up submittal logs. Having the ability to read blue prints and interpret specifications would be an asset, however not necessary.

The ideal candidate is highly administrative and detail-oriented and works well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Specific accountabilities include:

*Key Accountabilities:*

* Work with the Project Manager, Site Supervisor and Operations Managers on all aspects of the project including: coordination, scheduling, project start-up, and closeout.
* Develop and maintain excellent relationships with trade contractors, consultants, sub-trades, designers and clients.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Computer savvy with a very strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project, and exposure to various other industry software programs.
* Assisting with other duties as required by the Senior Project Coordinator, Site Supervisors, and Project Managers.

*Education and Experience:*

* Well rounded experience (1-3 years) ideally in municipal infrastructure projects.
* We value academic achievement and direct field experience.
* A minimum of 1-2 years of experience with a General or Civil Contractor is preferred.
* Thorough knowledge of construction methodology, including formwork and heavy civil works.
* Experience using scheduling software will be considered an asset.
* CET or other construction programs are considered an asset
