Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work site environment: Outdoors. At heights. Confined spaces. Odours. Cold/refrigerated. Work setting: Various locations. Tasks: Prepare, clean and sand surfaces to be painted. Repair cracks and holes. Mix paint to desired colour and texture. Erect scaffolding and swing stages and attach rigging. Apply paint, wallpaper and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces. Equipment and machinery experience: Brush painting. Conventional spray painting. Roller painting. Surface preparation experience: Drywall taping/patching. Water/hydroblasting. Steam cleaning. Sandblasters. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Ability to distinguish between colours. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Physically demanding. Weight handling: Up to 45 kg (100 lbs). Personal suitability: Initiative. Reliability. Team player. Screening questions: Do you have experience working in this field?. Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years. Employment terms options: Morning. Day. Overtime available. Health benefits: Dental plan.
