Construction Labourer

This position is based out of Chilliwack but may need to travel to projects within the Fraser Valley

*Summary*

We are seeking a Skilled Laborer to join our team at Siteline Earthworks. . As a member of our team we encourage a good attitude as well as some strong communication skills.

*Responsibilities*

* Operate hand tools such as packers, drills, skidsteer loaders
* Shovel materials into place including dirt and gravel
* Follow the Supervisors daily duties for the day
* Load and unload tools and supplies from work trucks
* Maintain equipment and tools and ensure they are in good working condition.
* Follow project plans and schematics accurately to ensure quality work.
* Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project success.
* Effectively work your way up within the company.

*Requirements*

* Experience working in the Civil Construction trade is considered an asset
* Good Attitude and Willingness to learn
* Strong Communication Skills
* Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Valid Drivers License
