StoneRidge Insurance Brokers is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager who thrives on delivering top-tier client experiences, cultivating genuine relationships, and keeping every detail perfectly organized. *Position*: Commercial Lines Account Manager

*Job Type:* In Office (5 Days), Full Time, Permanent

*Work Location*: Hamilton, Ontario, Canada

*Pay: *From $65,000 annually

*What You Will Do:*

* Service and grow a commercial lines portfolio
* Handle new business, renewals, endorsements, and accounts receivable
* Advise clients on coverage and support policy/claims inquiries
* Maintain accurate records in our broker management system
* Collaborate with carriers, vendors, and colleagues

*What You Bring:*

* Provincial insurance license (Level 1 or RIBO) is required
* Minimum 5 years of insurance experience as direct writer or from any brokage company is an asset.
* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and broker management systems
* CAIB, CIP, other insurance related designations are an asset
