Cleaners are responsible for completing full unit turnovers, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas to a high standard. Most jobs are repeat properties, so once you learn them, you can move quickly and increase your daily income.

This role is ideal for motivated individuals who want to earn *$200?$300 per day* and have control over how much they make. We provide consistent work, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to grow quickly within the company.

? Duties

* Perform full cleaning of Airbnb units, apartments, and rental properties
* Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas to company standards
* Make beds, replace linens, and reset units for next guests
* Restock basic supplies (toilet paper, soap, etc.)
* Take before/after photos when required
* Report any damages or missing items
* Complete jobs efficiently and on time
* Travel between job locations as scheduled

*Experience*

* Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
* Familiarity with cleaning equipment and chemicals is advantageous
* Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate loads as needed
