We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Curry Chef to join our culinary team.

*Job Responsibilities:*

* Prepare and cook a variety of Indian curries and gravies with consistency and authenticity
* Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation
* Manage daily prep, mise en place, and station organization
* Maintain cleanliness and follow all food safety and hygiene standards
* Assist with inventory management and stock control
* Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service

*Requirements:*

* Minimum 2 years of experience in an Indian kitchen (mandatory)
* Strong understanding of Indian spices, curry bases, and cooking techniques
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Punctual, reliable, and a team player

*Preferred Qualifications:*

* Experience with regional Indian cuisine
* Knowledge of modern plating and presentation techniques
* Food Handler Certification (an asset)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$22.60 per hour
