We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. *Duties*
* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
* Supervise kitchen staff, including cooks and food service personnel, to ensure efficient workflow
* Oversee food handling procedures to maintain safety and hygiene standards
* Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of ingredients
* Develop new menu items and contribute to menu planning based on customer preferences and seasonal availability
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with health regulations
* Train and mentor junior staff to enhance their culinary skills and knowledge
* Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation to uphold restaurant standards
* Ensure timely service during busy hours while maintaining high-quality food output
*Requirements*
* Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and restaurant management
* Supervising experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities in a fast-paced kitchen environment
* Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures
* Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster teamwork
* Background in the food industry, hospitality, or related fields is preferred
* Exceptional culinary skills with an eye for detail in food presentation
* Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism and efficiency
