*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CDP to join our vibrant culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role requires a passion for food, excellent food handling skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. The CDP will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests through efficient meal preparation and presentation.

*Duties*

* Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards
* Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
* Ensure all food is cooked to the correct temperature and presented attractively
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
* Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met
* Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours
* Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
* Adhere to all food safety regulations and restaurant policies

*Requirements*

* Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
* Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
* Strong understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling practices
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
* Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction when interacting with front-of-house staff or guests
* Experience in the food industry demonstrating proficiency in meal preparation and food service operations
* Reliable team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude
* Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
