Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Tasks: Evaluate daily operations . Monitor staff performance . Recruit staff. Supervise staff. Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies. Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Provide customer service. Manage events. Order supplies and maintain inventory. Develop and implement marketing strategies. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Organize the operations of a cocktail lounge or bar. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
