Cashier, Customer Service

We are seeking dynamic and outgoing individuals to join our team as Outspoken Sales Representatives. As a key player in our sales force, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, building rapport, and driving sales through effective communication and persuasion. *Responsibilities:*

* Initiate and maintain positive interactions with potential customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
* Actively listen to customers' needs, address inquiries, and provide relevant product/service information.
* Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
* Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings to position our products/services effectively.
* Deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the value proposition of our products/services.
* Utilize your outgoing personality to create memorable and impactful presentations that resonate with customers.
* Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
* Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions.
* Periodically shelving when customer traffic is low.

*Requirements:*

* Proven experience in sales or a related field.
* Fluent in English (written and verbal communication)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Outgoing personality with the ability to connect easily with people.
* Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
* Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
