We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our retail team. *Duties*
* Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
* Operate POS systems efficiently for cash, credit, and mobile payments
* Handle cash handling responsibilities with accuracy and integrity
* Provide product demos and technical sales support when needed
* Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and store revenue
* Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure product availability
* Assist customers with inquiries, returns, and exchanges using excellent communication skills
* Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure smooth checkout processes
* Uphold phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries via phone or online channels
* Support store cleanliness and organization to create a welcoming environment

* Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve diverse customer bases effectively
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Experience with POS systems, cashiering, and basic math for transactions
* Knowledge of retail sales techniques, upselling, and merchandising strategies
* Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
* Technical sales experience or product demo capabilities are a plus
* Excellent organizational skills and time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently
* Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
* Phone etiquette skills for professional customer interactions both in person and over the phone
