Carpenter

*Overview*
We are seeking a skilled and versatile apprentice carpenter to join our construction and manufacturing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects such as restoration, cabinetry, roofing, siding, flooring installation, tile laying, and more. Candidates should be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of interpreting schematics and blueprints to ensure precise execution of tasks. This position is essential in delivering high-quality craftsmanship across multiple construction disciplines.

*Responsibilities*

* Read and interpret blueprints, drawings drawings to accurately execute project plans.
* Install cabinetry, flooring, tiles, siding, roofing, and other finishing components with precision.
* Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machines, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
* Perform all aspects of carpentry including framing, finishing and installations
* Ability to measure, cut, assemble materials with precision.
* Execute heavy lifting tasks safely while adhering to safety protocols.
* Ensure projects are completed on time and to our high standard.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout each project phase.
* Demonstrates strong independent work skills while contributing to a team environment.

*Requirements*

* Proven experience in construction trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, siding, or related fields.
* Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding schematics for various systems.
* Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and other relevant equipment.
* Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights or in confined spaces as required.
* Strong understanding of safety procedures related to construction sites.
* Organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
* Valid experience in restoration projects or handyman services is a plus.
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments. This role offers an engaging environment for individuals passionate about construction craftsmanship across multiple disciplines while contributing to high-quality project delivery.
* Valid driver's license or transportation to the shop

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 ? 50 per week
