*Boyko Builders Ltd.* is seeking skilled *Commercial Concrete Carpenters* to support large-scale structural concrete and general construction operations. This role plays a critical part in the successful delivery of complex commercial projects. Candidates will be expected to perform at a high professional standard, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and production efficiency in alignment with company policies and applicable Manitoba Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) legislation.

This position is suited for experienced tradespeople who take pride in craftsmanship, reliability, and contributing to high-performing field teams.

*Responsibilities*

* Execute structural formwork and carpentry activities to project standards
* Maintain quality, accuracy, and productivity on active job sites
* Support concrete operations in coordination with supervisors and crews

* Contribute to a professional and organized jobsite

*Qualifications*

* Minimum *5 years* experience in commercial construction or structural concrete
* Valid driver?s license and reliable transportation
* Journeyperson certification considered an asset
* Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
* Proven reliability and consistent attendance
