In this role you will:Championshigh performance environment and contributes to an inclusive work environmentCollaborate with key application stakeholders (business clients and internal technology teams) to gather requirements from business units and translate requirements to programmers, developers, and QA testersFacilitate requirements gathering and design sessions with multiple stakeholders to extract requirements and turn them into use cases, user stories, sequence diagrams, etc. to meet development and stakeholder needsWorks in an Agile/Scrum environment using Kanban methodologyWrite user stories on JIRA and document artifacts through ConfluencePerform data mapping analysis to migrate data and functions from current to target state systemsSupport project delivery by providing clarifications on scope and requirements as neededAnalyze and develop technical requirements based on solution documentationDemonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunitiesAssists/Review to help execute end to end testing functions (creating test scripts, test cases and executing test cases/scripts), where required, to assist the project team.Supports one or more highly complex business processesEnsure integrity of the business and technical requirements in the end-to-end customer journeyManage ServiceNow queue to keeptrack of incidents and resolution.Serve as the SME of assigned functional area, oversee all past and future changes and make suggestions on improvements as needed.Support process improvement to increase efficiency of the team for project kick-off, project planning, project execution, and project reconciliation Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science or technical equivalent.5 years' Business Technical/System Analyst experience; creating BSA artifactsuser stories, sequence diagrams, data mapping, etc.3+ years' experience with Data Modeling, Data Mapping and creating Data Dictionaries, System Designs and software development life cycle(SDLC.3+ years' Agile Scrum experiencedemonstrated understanding of Agile concepts, agile estimations and ceremonies3+ years combined experience JIRA, Confluence, Sharepoint, MS Project, MS office suite or equivalent toolsExperience producing Swimlane Diagrams and User JourneysExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to explain complex information for both technical and non-technical audience and to influence decision making across stakeholders; ability to distil complex business requirements into agile user stories and work in close collaboration with Product Owner, Agile Team and other stakeholdersExcellent problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to work with ambiguity, ask the right questions and make decisions under pressure.Team player who enjoys collaborating with, learning from, and coaching others so we all become betterHaving an agile mindset and being able to adapt todynamic environment with changing prioritiesWhat's in it for you?
