An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced AGM to join our team at Oretta Hospitality.

*About The Role*

The Restaurant AGM is accountable for assisting the General Manager with managing the daily activities of the restaurant, ensuring impeccable customer service, maximizing profitability, and overseeing staff. The Senior Manager sets the standard through leadership, oversees all aspects of restaurant operations and boosts business performance. They ensure compliance with operational procedures, quality expectations, and company policies.

We are seeking an experienced AGM who has expertise in high-volume Fine Dining or Casual Fine Dining Restaurants. Experience working on the floor with our management team is essential and have experience in:

-200+ seat business budgets
- 100+ Front of House staff
- Scheduling
- Inventory
- Healthsafety adherence
- Guest Relations
- Assisting with on-site VIP guests and Events
