*General Manager - Job Description*

? Cultivate positive relationships within the team, prioritizing what is right over who is right.

? Lead with a hands-on approach while effectively guiding team members.

? Recruit, train and retain a great team.

? Provide customers with the highest level of care.

? Manage store-level cash control, including banking, verifying cash register deposits, and

conducting spot audits on float, safe, and cash registers.

? Implement sound administrative practices.

? Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of the store and all equipment.
