We are seeking an experienced and driven individual for a General Manager and Assistant General Manager positions. The successful candidates will be passionate about providing a fanatical guest experience, with excellent bar, food and hospitality service skills and an equally high degree of attention to detail. The candidate will have a strong understanding and experience of Liquor, Wine, and Beer inventory processes.
*Responsibilities:*
· Manage daily bar operations, including opening and closing procedures
· Ensure exceptional customer service by training and supervising bar staff
· Develop and implement strategies to increase bar revenue and profitability
· Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
· Oversee the preparation of food items and ensure adherence to food safety standards
· Monitor and enforce compliance with all health and safety regulations
· Create and update drink menus based on customer preferences and trends
· Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
· Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service
· Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and provide feedback

· Familiarity with food handling procedures and safety regulations
· Knowledge of kitchen operations to coordinate with kitchen staff
· Bartending and serving skills to ensure quality drink preparation
