Building Handyperson

Drewlo Holdings is currently seeking a *Building Manager Team *to live-in and manage in *Woodstock*. We are looking for an energetic team to oversee the day-to-day operations of the apartment building. This beautiful apartment building that has great features and amenities.

*The Building Manager team is Responsible for*:

� Addressing residents' concerns either themselves or involving our maintenance team or the property manager if needed

� Facilitating work orders and performing minor maintenance

� Showing vacant apartment to prospective residents, completing applications and leases

� Carrying out various administrative duties/paperwork, use of company provided smartphone and email is required

� Monitoring activity throughout the building, ensuring residents and their guests adhere to Drewlo policies

� Maintaining fire safety logs

� Maintaining exterior walkways during winter months

� Covering a sister building on their superintendent's day off (the sister building covers for yours)

� Presenting themselves and Drewlo Holdings in a friendly, professional manner to all current and prospective tenants

� Executing the turn-over procedure of suites to new tenants, including cleaning of the suite

� Renting/sales skills

� Top-notch customer service skills

� Handy/basic maintenance skills

� Capable of maintaining high cleanliness standards independently

� A history of property management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,500.00-$3,800.00 per month
