Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work site environment: Outdoors. At heights. Wet/damp. Dirty. Tasks: Operate cleaning machines. Clean ducts, vents and filters of furnaces. Clean building exterior, tanks, chimneys and industrial equipment. Wash and clean interior and exterior windows and other glass surfaces. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses�: Aerial lift and aerial work platform Certification. Working at heights training. Equipment and machinery experience: Pressure washers. Cleaning experience: Brick and stone building exteriors. Ventilation system/ducts. Siding and eavestroughs. Paint and graffiti removal. Windows. Security and safety: Driver's validity licence check. Criminal record check. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Manual dexterity. Attention to detail. Physically demanding. Repetitive tasks. Fast-paced environment. Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs). Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots. Personal suitability: Dependability. Efficient interpersonal skills.
