*Job Overview*
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic licensed Life Insurance Broker to join our Group Benefits Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for networking and generating new business leads , creating and managing an inventory of prospect relationships and conducting in person presentations to convert prospects to new customers. This role requires strong communication and negotiating skills, as well as a thorough understanding of the Group Benefits insurance market. A Life and A&S license is required. _*Salary plus commission applies. Full time contract position*_

*Responsibilities*

* Develop and maintain relationships with prospects to understand their group insurance needs.
* Analyze prospects current insurance policies and recommend adjustments or new coverage options.
* Communicate effectively with prospects to explain complex insurance terms and conditions.
* Negotiate policy terms and premiums on behalf of prospects to secure the best deals.
* Conduct networking activities and represent our organization at industry events to generate new leads and expand client base.
* Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
* Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in the insurance market.
* Manage sales administration tasks including documentation and client follow-ups.

*Requirements*

* Proven experience in Group Insurance sales with assigned sales targets.
* Strong communication skills with a focus on lead generation.
* Ability to analyze prospect needs and market conditions effectively.
* Strong negotiation skills to advocate for clients' best interests.
* A proactive attitude with a passion for helping clients navigate their insurance options.

Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
