As we expand our operations, we are seeking experienced overnight bakers to join our team.

Ideally, this individual would be passionate about sourdough and the artisanal bread baking process on an industrial scale.

The opening is at our Riverside location at 635 Queen Street East.

_*Previous baking experience incommercial setting isrequirement!*_

*Daily Tasks*

* Mix dough
* Follow recipes and scaling out flour and other ingredients accurately
* Shape baguettes and sourdough loaves
* Bake bread
* Daily cleaning duties
* Lead team of bakers through the daily task list
* Maintainpositive and efficient work environment

*Requirements*

* An interest in the bread baking process on an industrial scale
* At leastyear of previous baking experience incommercial setting: either restaurant or bakery
* Weekend availability
* Working *overnight shift *_- __*START times anywhere from 7pm11pm.day work week, 10 hour shifts.*_
* Ability to lift at least 25kg and endurance to work on your feet for the entire shift
* Eligibility to work in Canada
