*Position Overview*

We are looking for a full-time Brand Ambassador to join our Edmonton team. This is a customer-facing role based in event and retail settings, suited for someone who thrives in people-first environments, enjoys representing products they believe in, and wants to grow within a results-oriented organization.

*What You'll Be Doing*

* Represent brands in a professional and engaging manner at event-based promotions
* Connect with customers to understand their interests and match them with the right products or services
* Communicate campaign details, promotions, and product information clearly and accurately
* Support customers through the decision-making process and ensure a positive experience
* Stay current on campaigns, product knowledge, and promotional materials
* Relay customer insights and feedback to the team to help improve future campaigns
* Take part in ongoing training and team development sessions

*What We're Looking For*

* Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
* Comfortable working in dynamic, customer-facing settings including event-based promotions and retail activations
* Motivated, dependable, and able to take initiative
* A team player who also works well independently
* Reliable transportation and availability for in-person work in the Edmonton area
* A background in sales, customer service, or marketing is an asset but not required
