*The Opportunity*
We?re seeking a *Bookeeper* who combines financial acumen with attention to detail. You?ll play a key role in maintaining pricing integrity, managing supplier relationships, and supporting the financial operations of multiple CLV entities.
*Key Responsibilities*
*Financial Analysis & Reporting*
* Prepare monthly financial reports and reconciliations for multiple entities
* Reconcile intercompany accounts and ensure accurate consolidation
* Track loans, prepaid expenses, and fixed assets
* Manage month-end close: accruals, revenue vs. cost, inventory valuation
* Complete bank reconciliations
* Manage tax remittances (HST/GST) and CRA reporting
* Process payroll for one CLV entity
* Post cash, prepare client statements, and support financial statement preparation
* Liaise with external accountants during year-end and audits
* Provide financial insights and variance analysis
*Pricing & Supplier Management*
* Maintain and update pharmaceutical and product pricing across systems
* Reconcile supplier rebates and ensure alignment with internal data
* Analyze rebate performance and support target achievement
* Serve as the main contact for supplier pricing, rebates, and discrepancies
*Clinic Onboarding & Support*
* Support onboarding of new clinics and train users on eCommerce platform
* Ensure accurate setup, pricing, and order workflows
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Pharmacy, Finance, and Customer Service teams
*Qualifications*
* Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
* 3?5 years? experience in finance, pricing, or data analysis (veterinary/pharma/agriculture an asset)
* Strong Excel skills
* Preference given for SAP experience
* Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
* Excellent communication and organization skills
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
