Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Tasks: Design and develop power equipment and systems. Install equipment. Maintain equipment. Read blueprints or other instructions to determine work requirements. Service equipment. Test power equipment and systems . Assist in design, development and testing. Assist in preparing estimates, schedules, specifications and reports. Write specifications. Assist in inspecting, testing and adjusting electronic components.
