Bartender

*Job Overview*
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience.

*Duties*

* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
* Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and responding to inquiries.
* Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system.
* Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations to maintain a safe environment for guests.
* Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
* Stay informed about drink specials, menu changes, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.

*Qualifications*

* Previous bartending experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred.
* Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
* Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
* Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

Pay: $17.20-$40.10 per hour
