We are currently hiring a *Bartender* to join our dynamic food & beverage team and help create memorable experiences for our guests.

What You?ll Do

* Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and creativity
* Operate and manage transactions through the *Maitre?D POS system*
* Deliver warm, attentive, and professional service to every guest
* Assist with menu knowledge, wine pairings, and cocktail recommendations
* Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times
* Follow responsible alcohol service standards and hotel policies
* Support service teams during peak hours to ensure smooth operations

What We?re Looking For

* Previous bartending or mixology experience is required
* Familiarity with POS systems (Maitre?D experience is an asset)
* Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and wine service (or a willingness to learn)
* Outgoing, guest-focused personality with excellent communication skills
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while staying professional and composed
* Smart Serve certification (required)
