*Overview*
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team in a vibrant restaurant setting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

*Duties*

* Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including signature cocktails, mocktails, wines, and beers.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
* Engage with customers to provide recommendations and ensure satisfaction with their drink selections.
* Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
* Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist in ordering supplies as needed.
* Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
* Demonstrate excellent time management skills to ensure prompt service during peak hours.

*Experience*

* Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is *Mandatory*.
* Provide a superior level of customer service in all guest interactions.
* Manage the bar opening and closing duties.
* Maintain positive attitude that promotes teamwork within the restaurant
* Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays
* Smart Serve Certificate required
