*\*This position is for casual shifts Fridays and Saturdays as needed with business hours, and must be able to work key nights like December 31st. *

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

*Responsibilities*

* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
* Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations.
* Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies.
* Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for order processing and payments (Square).
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
* Stay informed about drink trends and menu changes to provide knowledgeable service.

*Qualifications*

* Previous bartending experience in a nightclub/bar is required
* Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
* Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing accurate change.
* Experience in food service or hospitality is a plus.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
* Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

*- Ability to work hours between 9 pm to 3 am with the occasional busy nights going to 4 am is a must.*

More hours may be required as this is a range that will be dependent on the business needs and hours, we do not guarantee hours but the range can be changed at any point.
