*Job Summary*
We?re opening a brand-new Thai restaurant in Leslieville and are looking for a skilled and passionate *Bartender* to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape our bar program from the ground up, craft signature cocktails inspired by authentic Thai flavours, and create a warm, memorable experience for every guest.

The ideal candidate will have strong mixology skills, creativity, and a genuine passion for hospitality. As our Bartender, you will prepare and serve beverages with precision and flair, maintain a clean and organized bar, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere that complements our modern Thai dining experience.

*Duties*

* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
* Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their satisfaction.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
* Manage inventory of bar supplies and order as necessary.
* Adhere to all food safety and health regulations.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
* Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
* Assist in training new staff members as needed.

*Requirements*

* Proven bartending experience with strong mixology skills
* Knowledge of Asian ingredients and wine pairing is a plus
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Understanding of food safety and cleanliness standards
