*Job Summary*
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and expertly mixing drinks. This role involves engaging with guests, serving beverages responsibly, and ensuring a memorable experience for all patrons. Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred, along with strong multitasking skills and a focus on food safety and responsible alcohol serving.

*Duties*

* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
* Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
* Manage POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and billing using Micros POS or similar platforms
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
* Monitor guest consumption to ensure responsible alcohol service
* Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with opening and closing procedures
* Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including cashiering duties
* Assist in food service when required, including serving food items to guests
* Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and beverage service

*Skills*

* Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
* Prior restaurant or food industry experience preferred
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally
* Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods effectively
* Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol serving practices
* Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating tabs
* Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
* Knowledge of food handling procedures and hospitality best practices

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
