*Job Overview*
We are seeking a friendly and efficient *Barista* to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items. Previous *Barista experience* is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals who possess strong *customer service*, *time management*, and *food handling* skills. The position involves working with POS systems such as *Micros POS* and maintaining food safety standards.

*Duties*

* Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with precision and consistency.
* Operate POS systems efficiently, including *Cashiering* and *Cash handling* transactions.
* Handle food preparation tasks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
* Provide excellent *customer service*, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to *Food safety* protocols.
* Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service.
* Assist in serving food items, restocking supplies, and maintaining inventory levels.
* Follow all health and safety guidelines related to *Food handling* and *Food safety* practices.

*Requirements*

* Previous *Barista experience* or background in the *Food industry* is preferred.
* Familiarity with POS systems, especially *Micros POS*, is a plus.
* Strong *Customer service* skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
* Good *Time management* skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
* Basic math skills for cash handling, giving correct change, and processing transactions accurately.
* Knowledge of *Food safety* standards and proper food handling procedures.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, afternoons, or evenings as needed. Job Type: Part-time
