Your Responsibilities: Assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate repair methods. Carry out autobody repairs such as panel replacement, fenders and bumpers repairs, and structural framework. Operate frame straightening and welding equipment. Grind, sand, fill, and shape surfaces for proper fit and finish. Reassemble vehicles to factory specifications. Work closely with estimators and painters to ensure seamless workflow. Adhere to OEM and industry repair standards. Maintain accurate documentation and clear communication. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace. What You Bring: Journeyman or Red Seal certification. 5 years of autobody experience preferred. High attention to detail and a commitment to quality work. A positive, team-oriented mindset.
